Federal Trade Commission Guidelines

FTC Guidelines: Effective December 1, 2009.

If you are selling or recommending any product or program which you have not created (such as the PT certification course, Passion Test Profile, PT Interactive, The Passion Test book, etc), you are now required to:

1. disclose that you have actually used the product or program you are selling or endorsing,
2. disclose how you are qualified to make such an endorsement (e.g. you are a certified Passion Test facilitator or a certified life coach)
3. disclose that you will receive a commission if the product or program is purchased through you or through a link you provide.

We appreciate your help in being as transparent as possible with clients.

There are currently several Passion Test products that generate commissions for you when a person uses your affiliate ID. As a Facilitator you must agree to follow the guidelines as outlined by the FTC.
